O Domina mea, o Mater mea, totum me Tibi offero; atque, ut me Tibi probem devotum, consecro Tibi hodie oculos meos, aures meas, os meum, cor meum, plane me totum.
Quoniam itaque Tuus sum, o bona Mater, serva me, defende me ut rem ac possessionem tuam. Amen.
O my Queen and my Mother, I offer myself entirely to thee; and to show my devotion to thee, I consecrate to thee this day my eyes, my ears, my mouth, my heart, my whole being without reserve.
Wherefore, good Mother, as I am thine own, keep me and defend me as thy property and possession. Amen.
O meine Herrin, o meine Mutter, dir bringe ich mich ganz dar; und um dir meine Hingabe zu beweisen, weihe ich dir heute meine Augen, meine Ohren, meinen Mund, mein Herz, mich selbst ganz und gar.
