At Constantinople, of the holy martyrs Lucillian, and four children, Claudius, Hypatius, Paul, and Denys; of whom Lucillian, having been of an idolatrous priest made a Christian, after divers torments was cast into a burning furnace, together with his companions, which being miraculously extinguished by a shower of rain, they all remained without harm and lastly, he: being nailed to a cross, and the children beheaded, under Silvan, governor, they accom- plished their martyrdom.
