Deus meus, adoro Te et credo firmiter sacrosanctum Missae Sacrificium esse idem Sacrificium Crucis sacramentaliter praesens.
Coniungo intentionem meam intentioni sacerdotis et offero Tibi hanc Hostiam immaculatam pro Ecclesia, pro vivis et defunctis et pro omnibus necessitatibus meis.
Da mihi cor contritum, mentem attentam et caritatem ardentem. Amen.
My God, I adore Thee and firmly believe that the most holy Sacrifice of the Mass is the same Sacrifice of the Cross made sacramentally present.
I unite my intention to that of the priest and offer Thee this immaculate Victim for the Church, the living and the dead and all my necessities.
Grant me a contrite heart, an attentive mind and burning charity. Amen.
