Adoro, Domine Iesu, vulnus dexterae manus tuae: sana opera mea.
Adoro vulnus sinistrae manus tuae: purifica affectiones meas.
Adoro vulnus dexteri pedis tui: dirige gressus meos.
Adoro vulnus sinistri pedis tui: confirma perseverantiam meam.
Adoro vulnus sacratissimi lateris tui: absconde me in Corde tuo. Amen.
I adore, Lord Jesus, the wound of Thy right hand: heal my works.
I adore the wound of Thy left hand: purify my affections.
I adore the wound of Thy right foot: direct my steps.
I adore the wound of Thy left foot: strengthen my perseverance.
I adore the wound of Thy most sacred side: hide me in Thy Heart. Amen.
