3. Announce the mystery.
4. Our Father; ten Hail Marys; Glory Be; the Fatima prayer may be added.
5. After five decades: Hail Holy Queen and the collect O God, whose only-begotten Son.

The Our Father and Hail Mary are recited attentively while the mind remains with the Gospel mystery. Neither element should exclude the other.
Announce the mystery, pause briefly, and keep a measured pace. At distractions, return peacefully to the scene or to the sacred words.
One person may announce the mysteries and lead the first half of each prayer while the household answers. A single five-decade chaplet may be chosen according to the day.
